RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
• VERIFIED MANUFACTURING DEFECT
• INCORRECT SIZE DELIVERED (DIFFERENT FROM THE ORDER PLACED)
• INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED
REQUIREMENTS:
• REQUEST MUST BE RAISED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY
• CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO (MANDATORY FOR DEFECT OR INCORRECT PRODUCT CLAIMS)
• PRODUCT MUST BE UNUSED, UNWORN, AND UNWASHED
• ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING MUST REMAIN INTACT
APPROVED RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED AS:
• STORE CREDIT COUPON EQUIVALENT TO THE PRODUCT VALUE (EXCLUDING SHIPPING), OR
• VESTRIC COINS OF EQUIVALENT VALUE
CASH REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED.

WE OFFER A ONE-TIME SIZE EXCHANGE PER ORDER.
CONDITIONS:
• REQUEST MUST BE RAISED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY
• FLAT ₹99 EXCHANGE HANDLING FEE APPLICABLE
• PRODUCT MUST REMAIN UNUSED, UNWORN, AND UNWASHED
• ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING MUST BE INTACT
• ONLY ONE EXCHANGE PERMITTED PER ORDER

• MENTION YOUR ORDER ID AND REGISTERED CONTACT DETAILS
• CLEARLY SPECIFY THE REASON FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
• ATTACH A CLEAR IMAGE OF THE PRODUCT
• FOR DEFECT OR INCORRECT PRODUCT CLAIMS, ATTACH A COMPLETE UNBOXING VIDEO
OUR TEAM WILL REVIEW THE REQUEST AND RESPOND WITHIN 24–48 WORKING HOURS.
